Anezina Village is a tourist complex built in the village of Drios, on Paros Island, Cyclades, in 2000. All the microclimate factors have been taken into serious consideration, so as to provide the complex with the best possible natural heating/coolness and lighting. The surrounding nature has been the least disturbed and the local design requirements fully kept.
This project is part of Building 2000, a series of design studies illustrating passive solar architecture in buildings in the European Community, illustrating how architects and other building designers can successfully apply passive solar principles to produce energy-efficient buildings.
