to 1,992m³, while the heated volume is 1,462m³.
Within a total area of 463m², the heated area is 403m².
A passive solar system for direct gain and an attached conservatory
have been used. Cooling is achieved through natural air circulation
assisted by the building's considerable thermal inertia.
