Apart
from the main living spaces, the building comprises a photographer's
studio with dark room, a small workshop for manufacturing
metal spare parts and storage parts and storage areas.
The
volume of the building amounts to a total of 1,432m³ and
the heated volume to 1,239m³. In total area of 362m², the
heated portion amounts to 304m².
A passive system of direct
gain has been employed here. Cooling is achieved through
natural air circulation, assisted by the building's considerable
thermal inertia.
